You’re not an employee—this is a 3 month professional position as an independent contractor. By the end of the program, you’ll have experience, clients, and confidence to take the next step.

- Fully equipped treatment rooms
- Website promotion—featuring you and your services

- A professional clinic environment with paying clients (mostly your own, but Sabai is happy to refer new clients your way)
- Freedom to set your own schedule
- A 70/30 split — You keep 70% of every session you book.
Example: Charge $100 for a one-hour massage? You keep $70. Sabai keeps $30 to cover the space, amenities, and support.
(For comparison: most clinics offer a 60/40 split—or charge room rent upfront.)

As a contractor, you’ll run your own mini business inside Sabai’s clinic. You’ll:
- Schedule your own clients and add them to Sabai’s shared Google Calendar
- Manage your own payments (we’ll help you get set up)
- Maintain SOAP notes for each session
- Communicate directly with your clients (confirmations, reschedules, follow-ups)
- Set your own pricing and services
- Provide your own linens and keep the room clean for the next therapist.
